MICROFUTSAL COMPETITION REGULATIONS

1. RULES OF THE GAME AND DISCIPLINARY CODE
The tournament is held in accordance with the current Rules of the Game and the FIFUS Disciplinary Code. Before the start of the match day, meetings are held with team representatives and tournament judges. The official goal of the tournament is “Barry”.
2. COMPETITION SYSTEM
Competitions are held according to the competition calendar.
The teams participating in the tournament are divided into groups. Group games are played in a circular system. Two semi-finals and a final.
If more than eight teams participate, the quarter-finals are allowed.
With the participation of 5 or fewer teams, games are played in one round.
Teams are guaranteed to play at least three games.
Teams can play friendly matches by paying for hall rent and refereeing in advance.
2.1. Qualification phase — groups.
Group games are played in a round-robin system. Victory — 3 points, loss 0 points. In case of a draw, 6-meter shots are made in regular time; the winner gets 2 points, and the losing team gets 1 point.
2.2. The distribution of teams in case of equal points.
If two or more teams have equal points in qualifying games, the places are distributed as follows:
a) based on the result of games against each other (number of points, difference in matches, most goals scored);
b) by the highest number of matches won in all group stage games;
c) by the best goal difference between goals scored and conceded in all group stage games;
d) by the highest number of goals scored in all group stage games;
d) by lot.
2.3. The quarter-final, semi-final and final games are played according to the “playoff” system.
In case of a draw, the teams play 2 halves of 5 minutes in extra time.
In case of a draw, 6-meter shots are made in extra time according to the Rules of the Game.
2.4. A player who receives 5 technical fouls during the game is removed from the court until the end of the game with the right to be substituted. This player can take part in the next game.
2.5. A player who receives two yellow cards during the same game is removed from the field and skips the next one.
2.6. The player who receives the red card is sent off until the end of the match and misses the next game. Further, under sanctions imposed by the FIFUS FCC or the FIFUS Commission (consisting of 3 people).
2.7. If one of the teams fails to appear, penalties are applied in accordance with the FIFUS Disciplinary Code, and the team is credited with a technical defeat with a score of 0:5.
3. CONDITIONS FOR ORGANIZING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT
3.1. The official delegation consists of a maximum of 18 people (14 players+4 team members, 1 medic (doctor, paramedic or nurse) and 1 referee. Players cannot be replaced by managers or other accompanying persons.
3.2. The candidacy of an arbitrator must be approved by the FIFUS Judicial Committee. The arbitrator is part of the delegation and is admitted under general conditions.
If there is no referee in the official delegation, the team pays a fine of 500 Euros.
3.3. All members of the delegation must carry identification documents.
3.4. All members of the delegation must have sports health insurance. Team players must have a doctor's license to play.
3.5. Each delegation gets to the competition venue independently and at its own expense.
3.6. Teams must make the following payments three months before the start of the competition:
— participation fee of 500 Euro — to FIFUSA;
— the guarantee amount is 1000 Euro — to the Organizing Committee of the competition.
3.7. The guarantee amount is used to reserve hotel beds and rent a gym and will be taken into account in the final calculation upon arrival of teams at the rate of 35 Euro per person per day.
The estimated cost of “35 Euro per person per day” includes: hotel accommodation, meals, hall rental, award paraphernalia, and refereeing fees.
3.8. If a hotel has a city tax added to the room rate (per person per night), each delegation must pay it upon check-in.
3.9. Teams wishing to stay at another hotel will not be refunded the guarantee fee.
3.10. Players who do not check into a hotel provided by FIFUS are not allowed to participate in competitions.
Players who leave the hotel early are also not allowed to compete.
3.11. For smoking, drinking alcohol (beer, wine, strong drinks), damaging property on the territory of the Sports Palace (in changing rooms, in the stands, etc.), the team is fined 200 Euro. The team responsible for the damage to the property must compensate for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.
4. REWARDING TEAMS
Teams that take 1-3 places are awarded official cups and medals, and the best players are awarded souvenirs.
